Egg Salad in Avacado Halves


8 large hard boiled eggs peeled.
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts.
1 – 2 celery ribs sliced very thin.
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon celery salt.
1/4 teaspoon curry powder.
2 avacados peeled, seeded and halved.


1. Place all ingredients (except avacado) in a bowl and mash roughly until all ingrediens are well combined.
2. Heap egg mixture into avacado halves . Enjoy
